This artwork shows a gathering of people. Their togetherness as a group depicts the caring nature of people. Milne’s short paint-strokes add to the clustered look of this artwork. We could relate this to the togetherness shown in lockdown, despite being physically apart. Can you think of any times we showed this as people during lockdown? The prams themselves suggest the idea of new beginnings. This could send a hopeful message to those affected by the pandemic, as we hope for a fresh start.
