Original poetry readings by University of Bristol students
Wednesday 13 February, 2pm | FREE, subject to purchasing exhibition entry on the day
University of Bristol Creative Writing students will read original short poems, inspired by works in the Albert Irvin and Abstract Expressionism exhibition. Each reading will explore the relationships between word and image and offer new perspectives on works by De Kooning, Pollock, Irvin and others. Readings will take place in the RWA’s galleries, in front of the art works themselves.
No prior booking necessary. The approximate running time for this promenade performance through the galleries is 1 hour.
