Described Gallery Tour for Visually Impaired Adults

Friday March 27 2020 3:00 - 4.45pm

This session is free. To reserve a place please email helen.jacobs@rwa.org.uk before 23rd March.

The exhibitions, Wilhelmina Barns-Graham & The Artists of St Ives will be described by our experienced facilitator, Sarah Kelly. She will focus on key pieces in the exhibition, describing them in detail and giving them some context and art history.

Usually there are some works in the exhibition that artists have given permission to touch during the visually impaired tours.

Each session will focus on a different selection of art works, and both will include time for group discussion. Refreshments will be provided. You are welcome to bring a companion and/or guide dog.

An introduction to the RWA is available in braille and large print.
