Tutor - Jill Carter

Saturday 13 June 2020, 10.30am - 4.30pm

Jill shares her love of creative mixed media journaling; personal documentary inspired by memories of childhood and stories of hidden Cornish retreats and seascapes. This introductory workshop explores how to use drawing, writing, photography, painting, stitch and collage to create your own unique textural journal pages. Experiment and playfully transform diverse found materials of maps, postcards, bits and bobs gathered along the way, to poetically trace memories, hopes and aspirations with regard to life journeys, real or imagined.
