Explore our Exhibitions
First, explore Africa State of Mind - an exhibition based on the work of an emergent generation of photographers from across the African continent. Then, discover the stories of artist refugees in Refuge and Renewal: Migration and British Art and find out how their work has affected British art over the past 150 years. We're also excited to host Drawing Europe Together - an exciting exhibition featuring work by 45 leading children's book illustrators. Finally, explore our Photovoice and Textilevoice Exhibition - a beautiful collection of textile works made by Sudanese and Somali women and striking photographs taken by young people of colour living in Bristol.
African Textiles on the Catwalk
If all that wasn't enough, there will also be a catwalk showcasing African textiles, accompanied by an exhibition of work by emerging Bristol fashion designers of African heritage, curated by Christelle Pellecuer.
