Students will develop skills by drawing a range of subjects from still life and the nude model to more abstract images based on found patterns and textures, across a variety of media and techniques. Some sessions will draw inspiration from the RWA's current exhibitions, encouraging new approaches to image-making. There will be individual discussion and feedback, and students will benefit from the peer support of the group. Ideal for students who have completed and progressed beyond the Beginners Drawing course or who already have some experience in working with line, tone, composition and perspective.
All basic materials provided for this course (heavier weight papers available at cost price).
